Compassion Focused Staff Support
Introductory Sessions: Designed as an introduction to familiarise the participants with the foundations of Compassion Focused Staff Support. Through this process participants will learn the key elements of how the science of compassion can be utilised to support staff wellbeing and stress management.
Monthly Staff Support: The CFSS group is a reflective space which would have a dual and overlapping function of providing a space for reflection on the impact of the work coupled with a forum to practice, discuss and explore compassionate self-care. Groups will be formed based on the needs of the organisation.
